Last night was our first Venison BBQ at the amazing Watatunga Wildlife Reserve. And it went down amazing with the guests. We’ve now released another date in August as these are booking up fast. So if you fancy an amazing tour of this reserve and a feast by the lake pop over to their website.
We served-
Pulled BBQ Venison
Marinated Venison Kebabs
And Venison Steaks with Chimmichuri Sauce
Along with a selection of sides.
