What a pleasure it was last night looking after Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service over at the stunning Eaton Estate. Kind words make it all worth while!!
We had the pleasure of working with Olive Tree Catering for our annual Long Service and Good Conduct Ceremony for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service, held at The Courtyard, Eaton Estate, and we could not have been more impressed with the service they provided from start to finish.
John and Alison were absolutely excellent throughout the lead-up to the event. They were always available and responsive by email and took the time to meet with us twice before the event to run through every detail. Their attention to detail and extremely high standards were evident from the outset. Standards which, fortunately, very much matched our own.
From beautifully polished glassware and cutlery, to steaming and ironing tablecloths, nothing was overlooked. Their attention to the finer details ensured that everything was presented to an exceptionally high standard and perfectly complemented the event and venue.
The team on the night were fantastic. They were warm, welcoming and incredibly respectful towards our guests, with drinks topped up when needed and service that was efficient without ever feeling rushed. As an events team, it was particularly appreciated that the service was so well managed that we actually had time to enjoy a tea or coffee ourselves before moving on to the next round of presentations!
A special thank you also goes to Danny in the kitchen. His skill and passion for cooking were clear to see. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and, importantly when catering for large numbers, arrived piping hot! The quality was truly exceptional.
John and Alison were extremely attentive throughout the evening, and it was a genuine pleasure to work alongside them. Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality service made a real difference to the success of the event.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Olive Tree Catering to anyone looking for an external caterer, whatever the occasion. We are very much looking forward to working with John, Alison Danny and the team again for our Long Service and Good Conduct Ceremony next year, and we would not hesitate to book them for any other external catering events we may hold in the meantime.
