In recovery mode big style but I wanted to make sure I thanked everyone.
We had a healthy 200 in and although not enough to cover the crazy overheads, it was enough to keep the place busy. Thanks to everyone who took on board that we'd had to raise the door tax. 👍
It's an amazing venue, with dancefoors to die for and the only two roomed allniter left. I'd be lost without it and I don't want to spend my time knitting (I don't know how to) :-)
With so many other events on, we feel privileged that so many chose us. Thank you ❤
I was determined to dance to one record for every dj but it was so cold on the door that I couldn't feel my feet after a while...what happened to the indian summer? :-D At least the dancefloor was hot and that's the main thing.
As ever, our djs played such an amazing selection of good, danceable soul. Thank you. ❤ I'll have to tag you all under DT as RSC won't let me :-D
I need to particularly mention our sound man Adam Topping. Despite not being well, he still came and made sure everything was spot on before having to head home. ❤ Also Andy Newman who took over after he'd left.
Idell. I missed you and hope you're feeling better very soon xx

Competition Time.

We are making the closing date for the competition on the 30th September 2025, one lucky person who has paid there deposit will have the remainder of the holiday paid for, there is still time to enter, just get your deposit in if you haven’t already.
