Carte Blanche is an independent catering company set up by Miranda and Trevor Ball in 1985 to provide cutting edge food for Weddings, Parties and Corporate Clients in London and the Home Counties. We work out of our specially designed professional kitchen in Hertfordshire with a young and motivated team to provide a bespoke catering service all over the country. We take food very seriously and all

our dishes are prepared from scratch sourcing local produce and seasonal produce whenever possible. We also understand the importance of good service and our well-trained staff are renowned for their charm and efficiency. We never tire in our search for new ideas and fresh approaches to planning the perfect menu. This is what makes life exciting – and we think it shows!
