These broomsticks are giving far too much practical witch and nowhere near enough whimsical witch. 🧹✨

Clearly they need a floral intervention. Think gorgeous autumnal florals, trailing foliage, berries and maybe a fabulous ribbon?

The whimsy gauge is currently sitting at a disappointing 6/10.

Stand by. I’m turning it up to maximum autumnal fabulousness. 🍂🌸🧙‍♀️

Halloween, but with a little more magic than mischief 👻✨

Chrysanthemums spilling between pumpkins, autumn florals caught up in cobwebs, friendly little ghosts popping up here and there… and pumpkins. So. Many. Pumpkins. 🎃🍂

Every year we bring out the little treasures we’ve collected along the way, each one adding another tiny bit of Halloween magic to the house.

I’m much more enchanted than eerie when it comes to spooky season — think ghosts who’d rather pick flowers than say BOO. 👻🌼

And while the kids are still small enough to believe that a house full of pumpkins and friendly ghosts is completely magical, I’m embracing every last whimsical, cobweb-covered moment. 🤎✨🎃

Halloween porch season has officially begun 🎃👻

Yesterday’s install was all about cute spooky rather than full-on fright night — pumpkins, autumnal flowers, a friendly little ghost and just ONE spider… who I can confirm is very well behaved. 🕷️

I absolutely loved bringing this porch to life and giving it a little Fabulous Wreaths, Darling Halloween magic.

Who says Halloween can’t be pretty? 🧡

A little sneak peek of the Halloween porch… courtesy of our resident ghost 👻

We’re definitely more cute Halloween than terrifying Halloween around here — pumpkins, autumn flowers, one very friendly spider and a ghost who looks far too happy on his swing to haunt anyone. 🎃🍂🕷️

Just a little peek for now… the full porch reveal is coming soon! 👻✨
