We are looking for a passionate Venue/Bar Manager to lead our team and keep the good times rolling.
What you’ll be doing:
Running day-to-day operations across the venue and bar
Leading, motivating, and developing the team
Ensuring guests get top-quality service and a memorable experience
Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Overseeing rota planning, budgets, and compliance (licensing, health & safety)
Driving sales through promotions and events
What we’re looking for:
Previous management experience in a bar, hospitality, or leisure environment
A hands-on leader with great communication skills
Organised, reliable, and commercially savvy
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, setting
Passion for gaming, social venues, and delivering standout customer experiences
