Our Story

Jump’in Jacks was established in 1998 as a part time business renting out bouncy castles for childrens partys. The business soon gained a reputation for providing great quality equipment and service and expanded quite quickly.

Around 2002 we set up our inflatables repair service and soon found ourselves inundated with work. In 2005 we gained our accreditation as an inflatables inspection body and still hold the accreditation to this day. The accreditation is extreamly important to us as it shows our commitment to the safety of our customers and the industry as a whole.

In 2006 we purchased our own business premises in Rowley Regis near Birmingham and the Black country, this enabled us to expand our repairs facilities and product hire range. It also allowed us to set up our fancy dress shop Mad Hatters to further enhance our business.

Over the years we’ve supplied equipment for many high profile events, music video’s, and TV programs as well as the general public.
