Take on the Green Man - a 45 mile ultra. Or the Green Boy - a 30 mile ultra.

Hot food at the finish. Time Lords. Bespoke medals - Top 50, Top 100, Top 150, Finisher medals for the GMU45 and the standard finisher medal for the GMU30.

Complete both the Winter GMU45 and the Summer GMU45 in the same year to earn an additional GMU Buckle. Again, their are four buckles available depending on accumilative times - Sub 24hr, Sub 21hr, Sub 18hr and Sub 15hr.

The Mount to Coast CYMRUN: 14th - 19th April 2026

A six day race covering the end to end of Wales. This is a quadrennial event, every four years. So if you can't make 2026, it will return again in 2030!

Unique medals for each day, plus a bonus seventh for completing the challenge.

Each day is a unique ultra, so if you can't do the full challenge, enter any of the single days.

Christmas Extravaganza - 12 consecutive days of running.

Take on any or all of the Twelve Days of Christmas from 7th - 18th December.

The challenge is to run (or walk) as much (or as little) as you choose within a seven hour period. But the minimum criteria is 5k (two laps).

MTC Afanc is a quadrennial event so only available every four years.

Just shy of 40 miles.

In celebration of Welsh Mythology. The Afanc, a water monster, was sometimes described as taking the form of a crocodile, giant beaver or dwarf, it is also said to be a demonic creature. The afanc was said to attack and devour anyone who entered its waters.
