I catered for a super, fun and magical party last night. I hardly got a chance to take pictures, but here are just a few.

I made them tortilla pinchos, seafood tartlets, Manchego and quince pinchos, iberico ham and fresh tomato pinchos, chicken croquetas, spinach and pine nut croquetas, flamenquin pinchos, chorizo and chicken skewers, gambas rebozadas (the favourite of the night!) , empanada Gallega, Empanada pork and chorizo (my Masterchef winning dish), endaladilla Rusa, endalada de pimientos 🫑, Tarta De Santiago, Flan Casero and Fresh Fruit Salad.

It was a tall order but it was worth it!!

I’d love to make your party special too (but remember you really don’t have to order so much!!)

Oh and a tiny taster of the musicians I work with. (The party was just getting started. I understand it went until the late hours)

Classes to start Wednesday 2nd November 2022 (Dr Peter Centre)
The classes will be small (between 2-8 people approximately)
Course fees are £78 for 6 weeks (Drop in rate: £15)
(Currently the classses will be very small so charged at the above rate. If we get 5-6 people per class I can bring the fees down)

Class Days/Times
Monday: 5-6 pm (GCSE revision class)
Wednesday: 10-11am or 7-8 pm (Beginners)
Wednesday: 6-7pm (Intermediate)

If you prefer 1-1 Tuition, I have a limited number of slots that I run from home (Friday) and charge £30 per hour (or reduced rates for small online groups)
