📞 Audio Guestbook 📞

Our audio guest book with instruction sign and light up sign is £50 to hire plus delivery and collection charge to your venue.

We set up the morning of your event and collect the following morning. Recordings will be put onto 1 memory stick within 3-6 weeks of collecting the guestbook from your venue and are to be collected from us in Cliffe Woods.

25% non refundable booking fee is required to secure this for your date.

A £50 refundable damages/ security deposit is due on all bookings. This is to be paid with your remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before your set up date.

Our selfie pod is perfect for all events from Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, School Proms/leavers parties etc. Digital only no print outs.

Guests can do boomerang videos, GIF’s and take photos all day and night, without restrictions on time or usage.

Backgrounds for photos can be personalised and shared instantly via email, Instagram, airdrop, QR code straight to their phone (subject to internet connection).

All images etc are transferred onto memory stick after your event within 3-6 weeks and we contact you once this is completed to arrange for you to collect the memory stick from us in Cliffe woods, Kent.

Selfie pod with white or black back drop, stand and a selection of props.

£185 plus delivery and collection charge for under 16’s parties with 1 attendant (3 hours). For weddings or over 16’s parties £200 without attendant deliver and set up before your event starts and collected once finished the same day of your event plus delivery and collection charge.

25% booking fee required to secure your date on booking. Balance is due no later than 6 weeks before your set up date. £50 refundable security fee is payable with the remaining balance.

🌟 Garden games hire 🌟

We have a selection of traditional garden games available to hire.

🌟 6 game package for £175 plus delivery and collection charge to all venues 🌟

Games available to hire are:-
* Connect 4
* Noughts & Crosses
* Jenga
* Dominoes
* Egg & spoon
* Tug of war
* Skittles
* Co****le
* Tin can alley
* Quoits
* Pick up sticks
* Limbo
* Draughts

Games can be hired individually for £35 each plus delivery & collection charge (minimum of 2 per booking)

25% non refundable booking fee is required on booking with booking and booking terms and conditions forms completed and returned to us via email. NO dates are held until the above has been completed.

We set the games up the morning of your event and collect at dusk in order for us to be able to see when collecting all pieces from all of the games hired.

A £100 refundable damages fee (this is additional to any security fee that has been paid if you have an existing booking) is due with remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before your set up date subject to all games being intact, where they were set up and with no damages. Games are to be kept in each individual area they have been set up in and not thrown around the outside space.

On Thursday we had the pleasure of setting up some of our decor items for Steve & Sarah’s wedding at The BarnYard 👰🤵‍♂️.

We set up our rustic wooden welcome sign with easel, rustic clock crate, rustic ‘choose a seat’ sign, unplugged ceremony a frame sign, fushia chair drapes for the aisle chairs, wooden arch backdrop with florals and draping, flip flop box (couple supplied flip flops) and our sage green chair drapes for the wedding breakfast chairs.
