All DJ performers will have Free Entry. We only have 23 tickets. 1 for each DJ. All others will need to be purchased through the ticket website.

Thank you to everyone who has responded so far. Everyone that messaged me will be on the line up. I would just like to do one last shout out to see if there is anyone else interested in this event as you may have missed the first post.
I am just trying to plan the flow of the day with the different styles of music. I will be in touch with everyone in the week with some questions.
Looking forward to getting this one finalised so we can really start pushing the event!

I'm so excited to announce our first event! A summer Closing Party at The Rising Sun in Rochester on Sunday 30th August 3pm to 12am.

We will be taking over their large garden until 10pm with some amazing house music, then carrying on the party inside until midnight.

We will be looking for a selection of DJs to cover this 9 hour event. We need the music to fit in with the Ibiza style closing party, so I will need DJs who play:
house / deep house / melodic house / Ibiza classics / house classics / tech house.
So depending on how many DJs are interested, we will be looking at 60-90 minute sets.

I can't wait to see who wants to get involved and see what music you will bring to the party.

Hi everyone, I'm Ashley Cummins and go by AC/DJ, I will be organising all the NWKODN events. I can't wait to work with all you talented DJs and put on some amazing events in the coming weeks.

Some big news will drop tomorrow about a Bank Holiday weekend event that has been organised. So like this page, share it with everyone you know and any new DJs that want to join the page, get them involved.

🎧 ANNOUNCEMENT: Open Deck Nights across North West Kent! 🎧

Have you been looking for a way to take your mixing out of the bedroom, shed, or garage? You’ve officially found the right page.
Our mission is to give YOU the platform to gain live experience, build your confidence playing for a crowd, and transition from online streaming to the public domain. Whether you're a seasoned selector or stepping up to the decks for the very first time, this is your community.
Here is everything you need to know about how our nights run:

🔊 The Setup & Gear
Production: Full sound system and lighting are completely supplied and managed by our team.

Your Gear: We actively encourage you to bring your own personal consoles/controllers! Laptop combos and controllers will line directly into our master mixer. It doesn't matter what gear you use—it's what you do with it that counts.

House Gear: If you aren't bringing a controller, we will have a Pioneer Console to hand. We will also support your own DJ equipment which will line in directly to our gear.

⏱️ Set Times & Bookings
Sets run between 30 to 60 minutes, ensuring at least 5 DJs get to showcase their talent each night.
Slots are allocated based on location and music style to ensure a cohesive lineup.

How to Apply: Once an event is posted on this page, message us directly with your music genre and the gear you will be bringing.

⚠️ The Golden Rules (Please Read Carefully)
To keep things fair for everyone, we operate a strict booking policy:
Lineups will be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the event.
Once contacted, you have 12 hours to respond and lock in your slot. If we don't hear back, the slot goes to the next DJ on the backup list.

No-Shows: If you commit to a slot and pull out/no-show twice without a valid reason, you will be removed from the group. We want to respect the time of the artists who are eager to play.

🚀 Levelling Up & Growth
We also host bigger, Genre-Focused Showcase Events about once a month. DJs who actively support the community, share our events, promote the nights, and show confidence in their craft will be fast-tracked for these feature slots!

🤝 More Than Just a Gig
This is a fantastic opportunity to network, share tips, learn from fellow artists, collaborate, and—most importantly—have fun.

MCs are more than welcome to reach out and get involved!

No egos, no agendas—just great music and a proper atmosphere.
