We are writing to inform you of some significant changes currently taking place within Dreams & Themes Wedding & Events.
Due to ongoing financial challenges, the business is undergoing a period of restructuring and is currently working with professional advisers, solicitors, and an independent third-party company to review our operations and implement measures to secure the future of the business.
As part of this process, we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding existing and future bookings. Unfortunately, this may result in certain events and services being amended, postponed, or cancelled. We fully understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologise to any clients affected.
For customers whose events have been cancelled and who are entitled to a refund, we are committed to honouring these obligations. Refunds will be issued through a structured payment plan, with arrangements communicated directly to each affected client. Our aim is to ensure that all refunds are managed fairly, transparently, and responsibly.
To ensure a smooth and professional process, we are working closely with our solicitors and an independent third-party company who will assist in overseeing communications, customer support, and refund arrangements where necessary.
We understand that many of our clients have placed their trust in us for some of life’s most important celebrations. This situation has not been entered into lightly, and every effort is being made to protect the business, support our customers, and minimise disruption wherever possible.
