Please don’t capture email addresses from VIP clients — or from those booking on their behalf — just to send offers, newsletters, or promotions.
If I were your client, I didn’t give you my email to be marketed to.
I gave it so you could confirm a booking — not build a mailing list.
If I were a privacy advocate, I’d call it data misuse.
If I were a competitor, I’d call it short-sighted.
