Madina Catering limited is a family run business, who have been serving the community for 3 generations now.
We provide Asian catering services for business and individuals. From large weddings, parties, funerals and corporate events.
As an expanding business, a vacancy has arisen for an Asian starter chef to work along side our dedicated and award winning team.
Asian Starter Head Chef
Full time position.
Will be expected to work weekends.
At least 1yr experience.
The Asian Starter Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality starters Pokara, Somosa, etc specifically focusing on roast and kebab dishes and other Asian-inspired appetizers. This role includes sourcing and inspecting ingredients, planning menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence to our kitchen team. The weekly hours will be 37.5 and £19.85 per hour. This is £744.37 a week and £38707.5 annually. This job title is Asian Starter Head Chef.
