Truly Elegant, is a local business that focuses on customer satisfaction, we understand that deciding on the right event supplier, to help you in every way is a stressfull task in itself whether it be for a big occasion or a small affair. Be free from the stress, Truly Elegant will undertake your every need to make your day run as smooth as possbile. We can provide from chair covers, sashes, runners, centre pieces, top table, post box, candy carts, table top ferris wheel, ferrero rocher stand. We are based in Rochdale- Greater Manchester. A 10 mile radius of Rochdale is included in the price, outside of this area is charged at £1 a mile.
