We've got some news on how we are going to be more available than ever before coming later this week. In the meantime, however it is time to get your orders in for this week's Fresh Paella Thursday. New to the menu this week is our own recipe Dark Chocolate Olive Oil cake. With a hint of fresh espresso (because we put it in there), this light textured cake is dark and dreamy in taste. Go on to the website at www.idelica.com today to get your pre-orders in for collection on Thursday.

Here's how it works:

Paella can't be made to order, which is why we don't think of ourselves as a takeaway. Each week, therefore we cook some paella to keep our stock levels maintained for our frozen paella range. We do this on a Thursday, which gives you, our lovely customer a short time window to get a portion at its best - fresh, hot and ready to eat. If you get your orders in on the website before 09:00 on a Wednesday, we add that to the stock plan so that you can guarantee availability of what you want. After this point, we take a chance by cooking some portions over and above our stock plan for people who forget or hadn't yet made their mind up to collect from one of our collection points. At checkout on the website, you can pick your collection point from:
1 - Idelica's unit at Platinum Jubilee Business Park - collection on Thursdays only any time between 6pm and 7:30pm
2 - Greyfriars Community Centre in the centre of Ringwood - choose either our 6:30pm or 7:30pm collection time and collect (and even pay) there.
3 - Revolution Gym - on Crow Arch Industrial Park in Ringwood - choose a collection time of either 6pm, 7pm or 8pm

What is Fresh Paella Thursday?

For those of you who don’t k ow us, we are a Ringwood based caterer who serve delicious, authentic Spanish paella cooked in the traditional way each Thursday. We call it Fresh Paella Thursday or FPT for short.

Because we cook everything from scratch, we can’t just knock up a couple of portions and we are not a takeaway so we have set up a number of collection points each week to collect your orders.

How does it work?
To guarantee availability of your preferred type of paella, order via our website (www.idelica.com) by close of play each Wednesday. At this point, we take the orders received and make a guess as to how many more we are likely to get. Those are the paellas we make on a Thursday.
You can either collect directly from our premises between 6:00pm and 7:30pm or select one of our collection points:
- 6:30pm Greyfriars Community Centre
- 7:00pm Revolution Gym Ringwood
- 7:30pm Greyfriars Community Centre
- 8:00pm Revolution Gym Ringwood

If you miss the deadline, you can still order right up until 6pm each Thursday. This time you will be limited to the stock we have left.

How to pay - you can either pay online on our website or by cash or card when you collect (even at our collection points).

Seafood paella - £15 per portion

For dessert we have our Burnt Basque Cheesecake - £4.50 per portion

At this time of year, after a very long and busy peak season, Baldy is still channeling his best angel impression by standing under the light to create a halo effect off his bald fat shiny head. Emma is looking a little more stressed however thanks to putting up with his shenanigans for so long. Despite the weariness our Fresh Paella Thursday continues and this week’s pre orders are leaving us a little lighter on remaining stock to order. We have the following left:
- Chicken and chorizo paella - 2 portions at £12 each
- Seafood paella - 4 portions at £15 each
- Burnt Basque Cheesecake - 3 portions at £4.50 each

Vegetable paella is sold out already. Remember to get those pre orders in each week if you want something specific.

Get your hands on a dish of our exceptionally delicious chicken and chorizo paella, freshly-cooked and served from the pan. Served as a tapas or a larger racione, with an optional zesty kick on the side of pink pickled onions. From 11am, come early to guarantee your portion 😊

FPT is growing!

Each Thursday, we now have multiple drop off points in Ringwood and are looking at where else we can expand to.

We cook our fresh paellas each Thursday in our traditional large pans, portion them up into individual portions and then deliver them to the following drop off points. Only available with advance order from our website. We are also thinking of setting up a Whatsapp group for people who want a reminder or an easier ordering point. Comment if you would like to be included in this.
