We have an array of amazing guests, a true Chicago born blues legend in the shape of Robbin Kapsalis, one of (if not the) finest harmonica players the UK has ever produced, the fabulous Giled Robson and the multi award winning guitar slinging legend Oli Mississippi MacDonald.

The house band are red hot too, The Fabulous Mojo Kings may be a new name but all the faces will be familiar, Pete Stableforth, Arnold Lane, Geoff Garbow, Christian Parker and Ian McHugh have all graced our stage many times and you know they're great.

This was shared with us earlier this year and we love it! An article from the Richmond and Twickenham Times reviewing the Rolling Stones at the Crawdaddy Club way back in 1963, describing us as a new Mecca for ‘Jazz beatniks’.

We try to carry on that legacy of being the choice of the discerning music fan when it comes to live music in the borough. But it’s always lovely to see these recollections of our storied past!

It's time to announce the final special guest who will be joining us on the 21st for our Summer Party and it is Harmonica legend Giles Robson. Giles' reputation is second to none. He is the ONLY European artist ever to appear on Alligator Records, the label of stars like Albert Collins. One of only three UK artists to win a US Blues Music Award (alongside Clapton and Green) and the choice of more contemporary blues artists than you could shake a stick at as the man to tour with. He is frankly and unequivocally one of the very best!

Time to tell you about the second special guest we have lined up for the Summer Blues Party!

Joining the Mojo Kings for a few numbers will be the four time UK Blues Award Winner Oli Mississippi MacDonald. Oli’s take on the blues is a deep and rich one, full of groove and soul, he’s a real star and someone you just have to see live. He’s just released an ep recorded with Memphis’ Hi Rhythm that’s making waves worldwide and he’s coming to our stage on August 21st.

It's the Ealing Blues Festival this Saturday and you'll be seeing almost all of the Crawdaddy Team there in Walpole Park, some performing, some helping out, some doing the introductions and all of us having a great time. It's a great event in west London's music calendar, and the lineup looks great this year, with several Crawdaddy alumni on the main hokum stage. If you happen to run in to one of us come say hi and find out about what's going on at the club!

The summer party is coming up on the 21st of August and once again it promises to be a can’t miss music event.

Last years was amazing with top rank guests and some red hot blues from the house band. This year, if anything, we’ve managed to raise the bar even higher. We’ve already announced a top rank, multiple BMA award winning singer as our first guest and joining Robbin Kapsalis and the Mojo Kings we have some other stellar names you’ll be hearing about this week.
