St.Georges Hotel
St. George’s Hotel is located in Llandudno, a seaside resort. This hotel was first built in 1854 and over the many years has been transformed into a luxury four star hotel with a total of £4 million being spent on it. This hotel has a Rosette Award for fine food.
This hotel provides accommodation for guests. There is a total of 76 rooms all with good views of the sea and prommenade. Room prices vary depending on the length of the stay. Each room is fitted with air conditioning, king sized beds, en-suites, LCD televisions, WIFI and hair dryers.
There is a restuarant which has a great reputation for good service, food and drinks. There is something for each guest with a range of different menus including vegeterian and gluten free.
St.Georges hotel attracts many people to visit Llandudno town and also has had British Prime Ministers staying there. It caters for all different types of people and offers a wide selection of different products and services on offer including ones to hold conference, events and exhibitions. This hotel has a professional conference sales team who are happy to organise all details of an event. There is a total of 7 event suites with private entrances and can hold up to 130 guests. Each room benefits from an integrated and state of the art audio, visual and lighting system. As well as planning and allowing other people to organise conferences, events and exhibitions this hotel has also catered for many weddings over the years.
This hotel has a alcohol license meaning that they can serve alcohol to guests from the bar that they have. Many of their suites are also licensed to hold weddings and civil ceromonies.
There is live entertainment put on each night in the hotel. This varies from music shows to quizzes. Guests are able to watch the entertainment if they want to but are able to go to another room if need be.

Within Llandudno area there is a good public transport system. The main operator is Arriva who have a selection of trains and buses both going to a wide selection of different destinations across North Wales very frequently. Arriva offer public transport and are very reasonable in price. There is the option of buying day tickets which allow customers to get on and off the transport as many times as they want throughout the day at no extra cost. For the visitors who do not want to wait for transport there is the option of a taxi. Llandudno has different taxi companies and there are also many available in the nearby towns so you will be guaranteed a taxi especially if you ring up and book in advance. However, taxis in Llandudno can be quite expensive compared to other destinations normally starting at around £2.70.
The located of this hotel is excellent as it is right on the beach front with excellent views of the Great Orme. Although Llandudno town is rather small there is a lot that it has to offer. There is a wide selection of shops that visitors can go to and buy souvenirs from, along with whatever else they wanted. There is also the “Alice in Wonderland Trail” to follow which is suitable for all the family and begins not far from the hotel. There are also several other towns/villages close by to Llandudno which have a lot to offer and are popular tourist destinations, for example Conwy. For those who have come by car it is only roughly a 10 minute drive however those who need public transport it is still not an issue. They can either choose to travel by bus (closest bus stop to hotel roughly 2 minute walk), train (5-10 minute walk to train station) or even the sightseeing bus for days when the weather is good.
