St. George’s Hotel is located in Llandudno, a seaside resort. This hotel was first built in 1854 and over the many years has been transformed into a luxury four star hotel with a total of £4 million being spent on it. This hotel has a Rosette Award for fine food.
This hotel provides accommodation for guests. There is a total of 76 rooms all with good views of the sea and prommenade. Room prices vary depending on the length of the stay. Each room is fitted with air conditioning, king sized beds, en-suites, LCD televisions, WIFI and hair dryers.
There is a restuarant which has a great reputation for good service, food and drinks. There is something for each guest with a range of different menus including vegeterian and gluten free.
St.Georges hotel attracts many people to visit Llandudno town and also has had British Prime Ministers staying there. It caters for all different types of people and offers a wide selection of different products and services on offer including ones to hold conference, events and exhibitions. This hotel has a professional conference sales team who are happy to organise all details of an event. There is a total of 7 event suites with private entrances and can hold up to 130 guests. Each room benefits from an integrated and state of the art audio, visual and lighting system. As well as planning and allowing other people to organise conferences, events and exhibitions this hotel has also catered for many weddings over the years.
This hotel has a alcohol license meaning that they can serve alcohol to guests from the bar that they have. Many of their suites are also licensed to hold weddings and civil ceromonies.
There is live entertainment put on each night in the hotel. This varies from music shows to quizzes. Guests are able to watch the entertainment if they want to but are able to go to another room if need be.

Within Llandudno area there is a good public transport system. The main operator is Arriva who have a selection of trains and buses both going to a wide selection of different destinations across North Wales very frequently. Arriva offer public transport and are very reasonable in price. There is the option of buying day tickets which allow customers to get on and off the transport as many times as they want throughout the day at no extra cost. For the visitors who do not want to wait for transport there is the option of a taxi. Llandudno has different taxi companies and there are also many available in the nearby towns so you will be guaranteed a taxi especially if you ring up and book in advance. However, taxis in Llandudno can be quite expensive compared to other destinations normally starting at around £2.70.
The located of this hotel is excellent as it is right on the beach front with excellent views of the Great Orme. Although Llandudno town is rather small there is a lot that it has to offer. There is a wide selection of shops that visitors can go to and buy souvenirs from, along with whatever else they wanted. There is also the “Alice in Wonderland Trail” to follow which is suitable for all the family and begins not far from the hotel. There are also several other towns/villages close by to Llandudno which have a lot to offer and are popular tourist destinations, for example Conwy. For those who have come by car it is only roughly a 10 minute drive however those who need public transport it is still not an issue. They can either choose to travel by bus (closest bus stop to hotel roughly 2 minute walk), train (5-10 minute walk to train station) or even the sightseeing bus for days when the weather is good.

University of Manchester
The University of Manchester is a university in the city of Manchester, England. This University opened in 2004 and cost a total of £188.9 million in total. In 2013/2014 the University of Manchester had 37,925 students and 10,400 staff which made it the second largest university in the UK.
The main purpose of this building is to educate students who leave school or college wanting to further their education. However not everyone is fortunate enough to attend, they must apply and be accepted to study there. Although the main purpose is used for education this university does also hold several different conferences and exhibitions. Some of the exhibitions include:-

2. Magic, Witches and Devils in the Early Modern World
3. Saving a century
And many more.
As well as conferences and exhibitions there are many events held at this university this includes open evenings etc.
Getting to this university is quite easy as there are different transport links including local bus, rail and tram services operating at very reasonable costs with discount for students. There are several different bus companies in the city which travel to this university on a regular basis, with some of them offering free transport for students. Manchester Oxford Road is a small station and is located just 10 minutes away from the university. Tram services operate frequently but do not go directly to the university, however the walk to there is not that far. As it is located in a busy city there is always a taxi available. For students living nearby the university they are able to walk or cycle.
As this university has a lot of students attending they have a wide selection of facilities on offer including catering, libraries, lecture halls, ict equipment, meeting halls etc. There is also conference facilities to meet everyone’s needs whether you are catering for 10 or 1,000 people. There is a lot of spare room within the building where exhibitions and events are held on a regular basis.
This university is in a good location and has a lot of useful facilities and services nearby. This includes museums, railway stations, bus stops etc. There is also a wide range of both student accommodation and visitor accommodation to choose from. All types of shops (clothes shops, food shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs etc) are all close by.

Echo Arena
The Echo Arena is located in Liverpool on the former King’s Dock. This venue is purpose built with the main purpose being to hold music events by a variety of different well known artists as well as other events such as comedy performances, X Factor, British Gymnastic Championships and many more. It can hold up to 12,000 people. The arena opened its doors in January 2008 and cost a total of £164 million to build.
Getting to the arena is rather simple as there are several ways in which you can do it. There is direct public transport to the arena and that is by bus. James Street railway station is only a short walk away and is served by the Mersey rail Wirral Line. With the arena being located in a big busy city people attending will be able to get a taxi right outside without a problem and in most cases will not even have to book. Also driving to the arena is easy as the location is rather straightforward and well sign posted. There is also plenty of parking at the Echo Arena with roughly 1,600 spaces situated alongside the venue. The car park is fully secure, open 24/7 and offers a special event parking fee of just £6. Long distance and local bus services operate into the bus station at Liverpool ONE which is just a five minute walk from the arena itself. For groups attending the arena it is possible to hire out a mini bus as there is parking available for them.
The Echo Arena contains everything that guests will need in order to stage a successful event. People are allowed to bring in their own catering crew or benefit from the expert in house catering team already in the arena. There are also facilities such as parking, toilets, facilities for customers with disabilities and inclusive event packages available. For guests attending the arena to watch a performance there are eight food and drink areas throughout the arena all serving soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and hot and cold snacks. Echo Arena also has hotels within walking distance of the venue which is ideal for people who do not want to return home after the event.
This arena has an alcohol license meaning that they can sell alcoholic beverages to guests who are 18 years of age or older. Each person is limited to buying 4 drinks at one time.
Within the area there are also many things to do including the wheel of Liverpool and the Beatles story. Liverpool ONE is also within walking distance and includes many high street favourites and high end boutiques making it suitable for everyone. There is a wide selection of hotels and car parks nearby giving guests the opportunity of where they would like to stay. The Albert Dock, Museums, casinos, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs are all close by. By having all these attractions it means that people attending the arena can extend their visit and make the most of their experience.

Unusual Venue
The Chateau Rhianfa is an unusual venue which was once a stately home that has been converted into a luxury hotel located in Anglesey, Wales. The main purpose of this venue is to provide accommodation for people as well as holding many weddings.
This venue has a collection of 22 stylish bedrooms available for guests all with en-suite bathrooms and unique character and views. There is different types of rooms available meaning that there is a room suitable for everybody whether this be a classic room, executive suite or a superior room. With a wide selection of menus to choose from there is something for each guest to enjoy. It could be the gourmet dining, afternoon tea or the Sunday lunch.
The Chateau Rhianfa has different “elegantly designed function rooms” all offering free WIFI and come with fully-installed state of the art AV equipment allowing guests to carry out meetings, presentations, product launches, conferences and more. There is the opportunity to host a corporate party or even hire the whole venue with an exclusive “house” party. For those staying in the hotel who are looking for activities to do during their stay there is loads on offer including wine tasting, cocktail making, rib rides, treasure hunts, chateau tour and many more.

Depending on the event being held at the venue there are many different ways for people to get to and from this hotel. With a car park onsite local guests can drive there and leave their car at no extra charge. For those who do not wish to drive, there is always the option of rail where taxis can take guests to the hotel. For large events such as weddings, there will be guests who will be attending but not staying over. Coaches can be organised to take/pick people up dropping off at different destinations.

Millennium Stadium –
The Millennium Stadium is the national stadium of Wales which opened on the 26th June 1999. It is located in Cardiff, Wales and is the home of the Wales national rugby union team and has staged many of the Wales national football team games. This sporting venue can hold up to 74,500 people which cost a total of £121 million. There are many transport links to and from the Millennium Stadium meaning that there are several ways for people to visit.
Transport links include rail bus and coach. Cardiff Central is the nearest station to the stadium and operates mainline services from West Wales, the Midlands, the South Coast and London. Cardiff Queen Street Station is a 15 minute walk to the east of the Stadium and offers local rail services across Cardiff and from the South Wales Valleys. There is usually a queuing system in operation at Cardiff Central Station after each event to visitors are advised to check Arriva Trains website before travelling.
You can travel to Cardiff by coach from most UK cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh. There are also regular bus services between most town/cities in Wales for visitors staying outside Cardiff.
As Cardiff is located on the M4 corridor it makes it easily accessible by car and is within a two hour drive from London and the East Midlands. There is no car park at or the Stadium however there is plenty of parking available through the city itself. There are also many “park and rides” available especially on days when there are events taking place.
There are many facilities on offer at the Millennium Stadium. These include:- several first aid points, toilets on all levels, lost property, disabled facilities, bars, souvenir shops and many more. On event days there is also many different stewards who will be there to assist people who need any help or advice. As well as facilities being offered at the stadium there are also many facilities available close by. These include:- hotels, B&B’s, shops, attractions, rail stations, bus stops and many more. For people attending an event an the Millennium Stadium and wanting to stay over there is plenty of opportunities.
