🚧 M8 Junction 26 Works – Phase One 🚧

From Mon 8 Sept – Wed 1 Oct 2025, essential works will take place at the Hillington Interchange (M8 J26).
• Lanes 2 + 3 eastbound closed, narrow lanes running.
• J26 eastbound on-slip closed for the full duration:
• Daytime (6am–7pm): traffic diverted via Braehead (J25A).
• Overnight (7pm–6am): traffic diverted via Helen Street (J24).
• South of interchange traffic redirected via Helen Street (J24).
• From 10 Sept: J25A westbound off-slip closed overnight (8pm–6am), diversion via J26.
• 40mph limit + average speed cameras in place, with recovery vehicles on site.

For anyone traveling to Climbzone this weekend, please be aware that there is a lane closure on Kings Inch Road causing slow moving traffic on the way in to the centre. Please allow extra travel times.

Climbzone will be closed on Friday 24th January due to advice issued by the Scottish Government due to the red weather warning put in place for Friday.
