Hi everyone!

With a heavy heart I have decided I will stop working during this trying time, it has not been an easy decision but after the gym closing I could not in clear conscience continue working knowing I could be aiding the spread of this virus. I have so many front line clients and the thought of being a carrier and I in turn spreading it, kept me awake all night Friday. I feel I am making the right decision, I do hope you understand. And hope we can get through this and return to normal as soon as we can. I give my genuine thanks to every single one of my clients/friends. Have been inundated with amazing messages I’m truly touched. 😢😢😢 Stay safe and keep the love flowing guys!
