Spring feasting is back. The fabulous team at Woodfired Canteen are going to be cooking up a feast at their Big Spring Table on the 11th April, 6 - 10pm Pengenna Manor Weddings.

Situated at the gorgeous Boconnoc Estate, it was a true Cornish Spring wedding.

5 Non-Negotiables you need to know when choosing your wedding venue 🙌

1). The Real Capacity: Don't just look at the maximum number. Ask how many the venue can comfortably seat for dinner and how the flow works for a drinks reception. You need breathing room for your guests to celebrate!

2). What's Included (and What's Not): Is catering, linens, and furniture part of the package, or are they all outsourced? Knowing the full list of inclusions/exclusions upfront prevents budget surprises down the line.

3). The 'Plan B' for Weather: We love a sunny Cornish day, but a solid backup plan is essential. Ask for a tour of the wet-weather options. You want to feel just as happy with your indoors as you are with the stunning view outside.

4). Accessibility and Accommodation: How easy is it for your guests to get there, and where can they stay? Venues with on-site or nearby accommodation are often a huge plus.

5). Exclusivity and Timing: Will you be the only wedding that day? Understanding the full access you have to the grounds, and confirming setup/takedown times, is vital for a relaxed planning process.
