Are you looking for a venue to hold a special event? We are in Merstham and hire our field & 12x18m marquee which holds around 120 guests seated and many more evening guests.

We hold weddings & events between the end of April and end of August.

Included in the package is:
festoon lighting above marquee, toilets, fire pit & logs, water, paying bar with all branded drinks & 4 bar staff. We hire at extra cost Karndean oak dance floor. dj/ band & caterers or food trucks are of your own choice.

We can do welcome drinks packages prices depend on what drinks you would like and number of guests. We can also do packages on drinks for the meal and toasting.

We do not hold a license for signing of the register so this would have to be done elsewhere but some couples do have a ceremony set up at lodge farm where they have someone do readings and do their vows you can also do confetti.

The day before your event you can come and decorate the marquee to your own theme.

We have plenty of parking for your guests and cars can be left over night .

We are a family run business and also run the bar so are around at all times to make your day run smoothly.
