Such a beautiful day at on Saturday, the weather was perfect and a fantastic time was had by all!

The IDEAL EVENTS wedding fayre is coming to the K2 in Crawley on the 27th of September and there are just a few supplier spaces left.

Surrey couples - are you dreaming of a tipi, marquee or barn wedding but don't know where to start?

have planned and delivered over 650 stunning outdoor weddings, building a great reputation as well as the best team of event staff and the most reliable suppliers in the area.

We create bespoke packages that take care of all of the trickier parts of planning your wedding, leaving you the fun bits to show off your unique style and personality.

With a wide range of venues, packages and options available, we work with you to build your perfect package, all within your budget and with all the support you could possibly need.

An example EBH package might include:

- A gorgeous venue in East Surrey (rustic barn, a field with a view or even a relative's garden of your choice)
- Tipi, marquee or barn hire (complete with flooring & fairy lights)
- Wedding planning support all the way to the day
- On the day co-ordination with a friendly & experienced event manager
- Event staff for venue set up and table laying, serving canapés & welcome drinks
- Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, tablecloth and napkin hire
- Help with supplier selection and supplier liaison
- Great value arrival, table w**e and toast drink packages
- Evening mobile bar (dry hire, tab or pay bar, with cheaper prices than the pub)
- Photobooth (selfie station or vintage VW camper with props & instant prints)
- DJ & ceremony music organisation
- Luxury toilets
- Generator (including fuel, wiring and powerpoints)
- Essential extras (log slices, table runners, hessian jamjars, easel, water bottles/carafes etc)
- Tea and coffee served after the meal
- Tidy up at the end
