We are so excited to debut our latest styled shoot at – an elegant Kent wedding venue that provided the perfect backdrop for our vision.

We wanted to bring a touch of the Amalfi Coast to the UK, creating a luxurious, sun-drenched atmosphere with chandeliers, climbing greenery, blue patterned tablecloths, and plenty of lemons! 🍋🌿 The result? A romantic summer getaway feel right by the coast of Kent.

When I started my journey as a wedding planner, I had a huge fear that suppliers and couples wouldn’t take me seriously. I’m 5 foot nothing and still in my 20’s (JUST about!) Who would look at me and see a business woman, a decision maker, a leader, a problem solver, a woman capable of taking on big responsibilities?

I have to take moments to reflect on the all the special days I’ve planned and coordinated so far. I look at the relationships I’ve built with my couples and suppliers and I’m finally starting to feel confident in where I am.

Imposter syndrome is something I think a lot of us suffer from and it takes time to let go of. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and every lovely review and kind comment has meant the world to me.

Thank you to everyone I’ve crossed paths with over the last 3 and a half years for the lessons and the love. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than in the wonderful world of weddings.

Who CAN you reply on if not the ladies standing by your side on your wedding day?

It’s a pretty big deal to choose your bridesmaids. I have found so many of my clients agonise over this decision and there always seems to be politics invloved, which isn’t always avoidable.

But I would urge you to select your leading ladies based on who you can trust, who will love you unconditionally (because girl, you won’t always be a breeze to deal with throughout this process), who will hype you up not drag you down, who will be selfless and who will always have your best interests at heart.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… choose wisely!
