We love supporting our clients with international events - and Paris is one of our (many!) faves ✈️

Earlier this month, our team supported one of our lovely clients with their annual conference in Paris, providing end-to-end event management to help make the whole experience as seamless as possible.

From liaising with the venue and managing local suppliers and partners, through to logistics, production, AV and on-site event management, our team was there every step of the way!

Our client had been considering whether Paris would remain part of their event programme next year but following such a successful event - and with the support of our team making the process so much easier - they’re now keen to return in 2027! 🙌

A huge shout-out to our Projects Dream Team, Nichola Kelsey and Laura Holden, for helping make this event such a huge success. 👏

✈️ Passport to Paradise…what a journey! 🌴

We were incredibly proud to be headline sponsors for The PA Way® Passport to Paradise Awards 2026 - helping bring Skevi's vision to life and creating an experience that celebrated administrative professionals from across the world.

Guests began their evening at The PA Airways check-in desk, where they were welcomed by the ‘cabin crew’ and given their boarding passes before heading through to the departure lounge, via security, for drinks and canapés.

Then came the announcement everyone was waiting for...“Flight TPW has reached its destination…” and guests made their way into the awards and arrived in 'Paradise' - a vibrant tropical world of colour, neon, palms and life-size jungle animals 🦍

We had great fun carrying the 'Passport to Paradise' theme through every stage of the evening, from check-in to the final destination. At The Events Company, we love nothing more than taking a vision, getting creative with it and turning it into an experience that people remember.

Of course, the best part was seeing it all come together on the night, and meeting the incredible nominees and celebrating alongside the very deserving winners 💃

🤠 From conference space to Wild West Hoedown in just two hours. That’s the kind of transformation we love.

For this event at The ICC Birmingham, our team took a blank space and turned it into an immersive Wild West experience, complete with theming, entertainment, activities and all the finishing touches.

It took careful planning, a brilliant team and a lot of coordination to make it happen in such a short window.

And when the doors opened, the conference was a distant memory. 🤠

What does it take to turn a corporate event space into the
Wild West? For this event at the ICC Birmingham, our team had just two hours to transform the space and create an experience that felt completely different from the conference throughout the day.

From the theming and entertainment to the activities and finishing touches, every detail had to come together quickly. And then the doors opened…This is what happens when great planning, a brilliant team and a little bit of Wild West magic come together. 🤠

Life-sized saloon props, rustic furniture, themed stalls and a rodeo bull 🤠

For Snap-on Tools UK, the goal was simple: give 500 franchisees and their partners a chance to unwind and network after a day of conference sessions. Cowboy performers, live singers, dancers and fire acts kept the crowd engaged straight through to the final band set.
