Insideout Events is a UK based exhibition stand design and build supplier working at events on a global scale. With an office in Redditch, only 20 minutes away from the Birmingham NEC, and Manchester, we have a 18 year reputation in the events industry. We are predominantly a family business and have our own build team for any events based in the UK and Europe and for any events outside of that, w

e would design the stand and project manage, however have stand build partners in the US, Dubai and China who will officially build the stand. Insideout projects a culture of old fashioned customer-facing service but overlaid with intelligence and humour. Last minute changes are part of every exhibition, what matters is how you respond when they happen.

Because on the day, there is no time for panic, lengthy back-and-forths or scrambling for solutions.

The Canada Pavilion. One of our favourite builds at Oceanology every single year.

Oceanology International 2026 at ExCeL London was another brilliant show, and working on the Canada Pavilion was once again a real highlight. This year the pavilion brought together 24 exhibitors showcasing some of the most exciting marine technology on the show floor, all under one roof.

We have been working on the Canada Pavilion for many years now, and the pride we feel every time those doors open is something that never gets old. A pavilion of this scale takes serious planning, serious coordination, and a team that knows exactly what they are doing.

Seeing it all come together on show day makes every bit of it worthwhile. 🙌🌊
