๐ŸŒฟ Another Happy Client Sharing Their Experience ๐ŸŒฟ

One of the reasons I love what I do is seeing people regain hope when they've been struggling with symptoms for weeks or months without answers.

This client came to me reporting:
๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Blurred vision in the left eye.
โ˜€๏ธ Sensitivity to light.
๐Ÿคง Ongoing sinus congestion.
๐Ÿ˜ฃ Throat irritation and discomfort.
๐Ÿ’ค Persistent fatigue.

At the time, she had been told these symptoms were likely a viral after-effect following COVID.
Using my bioenergetic scanning system, I assessed the body's energetic responses and identified a stress pattern that closely matched Influenza A activity within the sinus region, with energetic stress appearing to extend down into the throat area.

The scan also highlighted an energetic disturbance associated with the tissues surrounding the left eye, where a bacterial stress pattern appeared to be weakening the energetic function of the eye structures. When the eye, sinus passages and throat are all energetically stressed together, it can create a cascade of symptoms affecting comfort, clarity and overall wellbeing.

The focus of the session was to support the body's own regulatory systems, helping reduce energetic stress and encourage balance within these affected areas.

๐Ÿ’š The following day, this was the message I received from my client:
"My eye is very much better and my throat and nose are 100% better. I was beginning to think I would never feel better."
(See attached testimonial.)
While every person responds differently and results can never be guaranteed, it's always wonderful to see someone feeling more like themselves again.

Sometimes the body is giving us clues that there is more going on beneath the surface than we initially realise. By looking at the bigger picture, we can often identify areas of stress that deserve further attention and support.

โœจ If you've been struggling with ongoing symptoms and feel like you've run out of options, a scan may help identify areas of energetic stress that could be contributing to how you're feeling.

๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ’š THE GALLBLADDER & LUNG CONNECTION

You might think these two organs have nothing to do with each other โ€” but in Traditional Chinese Medicine they work as a balancing pair, and when theyโ€™re out of sync, you feel it all over.

โš–๏ธ How they work together

- Gallbladder: Governs the upward and outward flow of energy. It processes fats, clears tension, and helps you feel calm and decisive.
โ€‹
- Lungs: Govern the downward and inward flow. They move oxygen, fluids, and nutrients through the body, and clear out waste and excess fluid.

One pushes energy up and out; the other guides it down and in. If either gets blocked, the whole cycle slows down.

๐Ÿ“Œ How an imbalance feels

๐Ÿ”น When Gallbladder energy is stagnant

It creates pressure that pushes upward and disrupts the Lungs:

- Tightness, fullness, or discomfort in the chest or ribs
โ€‹
- Shallow breathing, sighing a lot, or feeling you โ€œcanโ€™t get a full breathโ€
โ€‹
- Frequent throat clearing, mild sinus congestion, or a feeling of something stuck in the throat
โ€‹
- Headaches at the sides of the head, temple pain, or eye tension
โ€‹
- Digestive issues: bloating, slow fat digestion, bitter taste in the mouth
โ€‹
- Mood: irritability, restlessness, difficulty relaxing or making decisions

๐Ÿ”น When Lung energy is weak or blocked

It canโ€™t guide fluids downward, so they back up and โ€œdampenโ€ the Gallbladder:

- Puffiness, water retention, or swelling in the face, ankles, or hands
โ€‹
- Feeling heavy, sluggish, or like youโ€™re carrying extra weight
โ€‹
- Stuffy nose, allergies, or recurring chest congestion
โ€‹
- Cough that lingers, or mucus thatโ€™s hard to shift
โ€‹
- Digestion feels slow, heavy, or bloated after eating
โ€‹
- Fatigue that doesnโ€™t improve with rest, and shortness of breath with little effort

โœ… The cycle in short

Blocked Gallbladder โ†’ pushes upward โ†’ irritates the Lungs
Weak Lungs โ†’ canโ€™t move fluids โ†’ creates dampness โ†’ clogs the Gallbladder

It becomes a loop: one imbalance feeds the other. Supporting both restores smooth flow โ€” better breathing, lighter digestion, less tension, and steadier energy.

๐ŸŸข Gallbladder Stress, Gut Health & Referred Shoulder Discomfort ๐ŸŸข

Recently, while working with a client, I was guided to explore imbalances affecting the gallbladder. Interestingly, the client had also been experiencing discomfort in the right shoulder area.

Many people are unaware that gallbladder irritation can sometimes refer discomfort into the right shoulder and upper back due to shared nerve pathways. This is why issues affecting the gallbladder don't always present as digestive symptoms alone.

Rotavirus is primarily recognised as an intestinal virus that causes gastroenteritis. Research has shown that in some cases viral particles can move beyond the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream (known as antigenemia). This raises interesting questions about the role of gut barrier health in protecting the body from unwanted substances leaving the digestive tract.

The intestinal lining acts as a protective barrier, allowing nutrients to pass into the bloodstream while keeping pathogens, toxins, and larger particles within the gut. When this barrier becomes compromised, a condition medically referred to as increased intestinal permeability, often known as "leaky gut", the body's ability to regulate what crosses into circulation may be reduced.

Studies suggest rotavirus may affect the gallbladder through:

โœ” Direct Infection & Inflammation โ€“ Affecting cells lining the biliary tract and gallbladder.

โœ” Bile Flow Disruption โ€“ Potentially altering normal bile production and movement.

โœ” Digestive Stress โ€“ Reduced bile flow may affect the digestion and absorption of fats and fat-soluble nutrients.

โœ” Increased Immune Activation โ€“ The body may respond to the presence of viral particles outside the digestive tract with inflammatory processes.

This highlights the importance of looking beyond isolated symptoms and considering the connection between gut health, immune function, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

Sometimes the area where discomfort is felt isn't necessarily where the underlying stress originated.

Your gut and your liver are physically connected by a direct highway called the portal vein.

Everything your gut absorbs enters this vein and travels straight to your liver before reaching anywhere else in your body. No detour. No filter. Your liver receives whatever your gut sends. Good or bad.

When your gut is damaged your liver receives a nightmare.

LPS toxins cross your permeable gut wall. Bacterial endotoxins that should stay contained leaking into the portal vein. Your liver filters every molecule. A healthy liver handles small loads. A liver receiving a constant flood works overtime. Every day. Silently. Until the workload exceeds capacity. Liver enzymes elevate. Fat accumulates. The fatty liver your scan revealed connected to a gut nobody scoped for that reason.

Nutrients don't arrive. Your gut can't transport selenium, iron, zinc, B vitamins across a damaged wall. Your liver needs these to perform its 500 daily jobs. Detoxification requires B vitamins and glutathione precursors. Without them toxins sit. Accumulate. Your liver starving for tools while drowning in work. Both from ONE organ.

T3 doesn't convert. Your liver is the second largest site of thyroid hormone conversion after your gut. When your liver is fatty, inflamed, flooded with toxins, its own conversion capacity drops. The backup converter failing because the primary converter sent it poison instead of fuel.

Estrogen doesn't clear. Your liver clears excess estrogen from your blood. T3 supports this clearance. When your gut fails to convert T3 AND floods the liver with toxins the liver can't clear estrogen efficiently. Estrogen accumulates. Estrogen suppresses your thyroid at production, conversion, and receptor level. A hormonal loop between two organs connected by one vein.

Bile thickens. Your liver produces bile. Stores it in your gallbladder. Your gut bacteria help metabolize and recycle bile acids back to the liver. When gut bacteria are imbalanced the recycling fails. Bile becomes sluggish. Sludge forms. Stones form. The gallbladder removal your surgeon scheduled traceable through the bile through the liver through the gut bacteria nobody rebalanced.

When your gut heals the conversation reverses.

Toxin load drops because the gut wall seals. Nutrients arrive because absorption restores. T3 converts in both organs because inflammation drops. Estrogen clears because the liver has fuel AND less workload. Bile flows because bacteria rebalance. Cholesterol drops because T3 tells the liver to clear it. Liver fat reduces because the organ flooding it healed.

Every liver problem on this list is a gut problem expressed through the portal vein. Your hepatologist sees the liver. Your gastroenterologist sees the gut. Neither follows the vein connecting them. Two doctors in two offices treating two ends of ONE highway.

Fix the gut. The highway delivers nutrition instead of poison. The liver recovers. The thyroid follows. Because the chain that controls your entire disease starts in ONE organ and travels through ONE vein to ONE liver that powers ONE gland.

Comment BOOK below and I'll send you the protocol that fixes the first organ in the chain. Because the liver heals when the gut heals. The thyroid heals when the liver heals. And everything heals when someone finally fixes the organ everything starts in.

๐ŸŒŸ This Is Why I Love What I Do ๐ŸŒŸ
Sometimes the biggest victories are the ones that seem small to everyone else.

This lovely client came to me experiencing significant discomfort in her hip and surrounding tendons, particularly when sleeping and walking. Even simple movements such as turning over in bed had become painful and challenging.

Over the last 2 sessions, our focus has been on supporting the hip joint, surrounding soft tissues, and tendon function, helping the body restore balance and reduce the stress patterns contributing to her discomfort.

Today, I received this message:
๐Ÿ’ฌ "I've had 2 good nights of being able to turn over in bed without being in any pain and yesterday I walked home from the golf club. I wouldn't even have thought of attempting that a couple of weeks ago."

For some people, turning over in bed or walking home may sound like a normal part of life. But when pain has been limiting your movement, these moments become huge milestones.
โœ” Sleeping more comfortably.
โœ” Moving with greater ease.
โœ” Increased confidence in walking.
โœ” Regaining independence.

These are the improvements that matter.
The body often heals in stages, and while there is still more progress to make, seeing changes like this after just two sessions is incredibly encouraging.

Every step forward counts, and I'm delighted to see this client getting back to doing the things she enjoys without the same level of discomfort.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing journey. โค๏ธ

๐ŸŒฟ When the Gut Is Under Attack, the Whole Body Can Suffer ๐ŸŒฟ

This week I was working with a client whose scan indicated multiple stressors affecting the intestinal epithelium.

The intestinal epithelium is the thin layer of specialised cells that lines the inside of the intestines. These cells act as a protective barrier between the contents of the gut and the bloodstream.
Their job is to:
โœ” Absorb nutrients, vitamins, minerals and water.
โœ” Help regulate the immune system.
โœ” Protect the body from unwanted microbes and toxins.
โœ” Maintain the the gut wall.

When this layer becomes irritated or compromised, nutrient absorption can be affected and the immune system may be placed under additional strain.

The scan identified energetic signatures associated with:
๐Ÿ”น Dientamoeba fragilis.
๐Ÿ”น Enterobius vermicularis (threadworm).
๐Ÿ”น Proteus vulgaris.
๐Ÿ”น Escherichia coli (E. coli).
๐Ÿ”น Rotavirus.
๐Ÿ”น Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm).

When multiple microbial stressors are present within the gut environment, the body may have to divert significant resources towards defence and repair.

This can potentially contribute to symptoms such as:
โš ๏ธ Bloating and digestive discomfort.
โš ๏ธ Food sensitivities.
โš ๏ธ Fatigue and low energy.
โš ๏ธ Brain fog.
โš ๏ธ Ongoing inflammation.
โš ๏ธ Reduced resilience and recovery.

What was particularly interesting was the impact this appeared to be having on the client's overall vitality and energy production.

The gut lining plays a crucial role in maintaining health, and when it is under stress, the effects can be felt throughout the body.
๐Ÿ’ก Healing isn't always about chasing symptoms.
๐Ÿ’ก Sometimes it's about identifying what is putting pressure on the body's systems and helping restore balance where it matters most.

As the gut environment improves, we often see positive changes in digestion, immune resilience, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

The body has an incredible ability to repair when the underlying stressors are identified and addressed.

๐ŸŒฟ This Is What I Like to See! ๐ŸŒฟ

One of my clients has been struggling with intestinal permeability (often referred to as "leaky gut"), which can affect the body's ability to properly absorb nutrients from food and supplements.

When the gut lining is compromised, the body may struggle to absorb important vitamins, minerals, and the building blocks needed for many bodily processes.

This can leave people feeling frustrated when they've spent hundreds of pounds on supplements but still don't notice the improvements they were hoping for.

๐Ÿ” What is Optimism Dispersion (OD)?
OD is our measure of cell vitality, it tells us how energised, functional, and resilient your cells are. Healthy cells work efficiently, communicate well, and support repair, immunity, and nutrient use across the whole body.

When cell vitality drops below 1.2, it means cells are under significant stress:

- Energy production slows down.
โ€‹
- Nutrient uptake and waste clearance become inefficient.
โ€‹
- Tissues and organs struggle to repair themselves.
โ€‹
- Inflammation and imbalance become more likely.
โ€‹
- Even good food and supplements are far less effective.

๐Ÿ“Š Full Progress Overview

๐Ÿ”น Gut Health
โœ… 26 April 2025: OD = 1.404 โ€” starting point, moderate vitality with clear signs of gut lining stress, reduced absorption, and inflammation.
โœ… 11 June 2025: OD = 1.609 โ€” measurable rise in cell vitality, now in a healthier, more resilient range.

๐Ÿ”น Thymus & Immune Function
The thymus is the master gland for immune health, directly supporting how well the body defends and repairs itself.
โœ… 26 April 2026: OD = 0.994 โ€” below the 1.2 threshold, showing significant cellular stress, reduced immune activity, and low tissue resilience.
โœ… 11 June 2026: OD = 1.018 โ€” clear upward shift: cell vitality is improving, immune function is beginning to rebalance, and tissue stress has reduced.

๐Ÿ”น Spleen Health
The spleen plays a key role in filtering the blood, supporting immunity, and helping the body process and distribute nutrients.
โœ… 26 April 2025: OD = 1.066 โ€” below the optimal 1.2 level, indicating cellular stress, reduced filtering efficiency, and lower overall immune support.
โœ… 11 June 2025: OD = 1.498 โ€” excellent improvement: cell vitality has risen well into the healthy range, showing the spleen is now functioning far more efficiently.

โœ… Gut lining is healing.
โœ… Cell vitality has improved across all key systems.
โœ… Immune system activity is rebalancing.
โœ… Overall body resilience is increasing.
โœ… Nutrient absorption and utilisation pathways are working effectively.

As the gut heals and cell vitality rises across the body, supplements and food are finally able to deliver the benefits they were intended to.

This is why I always say:

"Don't just throw supplements at a problem. Find out WHY the body isn't responding in the first place"

If your digestive system, immune organs, or cell health arenโ€™t functioning properly, you could be spending a lot of money on products your body simply canโ€™t make full use of.

Every client is different, which is why I focus on identifying underlying imbalances and supporting the body as a whole, rather than just chasing symptoms.

๐ŸŒฑ Healing takes time, but seeing these measurable improvements across multiple systems is exactly what makes this work so rewarding.

If you've been taking supplements for months and still don't feel right, it may be worth investigating what's happening in your gut, checking your cell vitality levels, and finding out whether your body is actually able to absorb and utilise what youโ€™re taking.

11/06/2026

Right now, Iโ€™m working closely with a client navigating an autoimmune disease flare-up, and I wanted to share a simple explanation for anyone who might be wondering what that actually means.

๐Ÿงฌ What is an autoimmune condition?
Normally, your immune system acts like your bodyโ€™s personal defense team: it finds and fights off germs, viruses, and anything that doesnโ€™t belong. With autoimmune disease, that system gets confused, it mistakenly sees healthy cells, tissues, or organs as threats and starts attacking them.

It doesnโ€™t come from an outside infection, it happens from a mix of factors like genetics, immune changes, environmental triggers, stress, or lifestyle. At its core, itโ€™s simply the bodyโ€™s own defense system turning against itself.

A โ€œflare-upโ€ is when symptoms become more intense, things like fatigue, pain, inflammation, or other issues depending on the condition. It can be unpredictable and really tough to manage.

Is this you?
If youโ€™re also dealing with an autoimmune condition, going through a flare-up, or feeling overwhelmed by symptoms, you donโ€™t have to figure it all out alone. Feel free to send me a message to chat about how I might be able to help.
