I’d like to address some recent comments that have been made about my business.
Firstly, I want to reassure all of my customers that every piece of equipment I provide is fully maintained, safe, and checked before each hire. I would never knowingly rent out anything that isn’t in proper working order. If any issues ever arise during a booking, I always ask customers to contact me straight away so I can resolve them on the spot. ☎️
Unfortunately, during the collection of this hire, I was subjected to verbal and physical abuse in front of my 7-year-old son. This was a very frightening experience for both of us. 😢🤮
The matter has been reported to the police and is being dealt with through the proper channels. 👮♀️🚔🚨
In this recent case, I have been asked for a refund. However, at this stage I do not yet know how the equipment became damaged, as it was in good working order when I left it set up. Until I have the full facts, including CCTV evidence, I cannot fairly or responsibly issue any refund.
Lastly …
I will not tolerate false allegations, abuse, or harassment directed at myself or my business. My focus has always been — and will continue to be — on providing a safe, professional, and joyful experience for families who book with me.
