With ROS putting on yet another smash hit show, Lighting and Set Designer Kim Hollamby, and Sound Designer Louis Martin, ’knew they could Rent it’ (pun absolutely intended) sourcing all technical solutions from Dinrino. As always we were overjoyed to meet the requirements of a fully intelligent lighting rig, radio mics with digital control, staging and projection. There’s apparently a few tickets left so get in there while you can!

What a phenomenal audience for our opening performance! The cast were feeding off the energy packed into The Kenton Theatre and loved every minute of it.

CoVID-19 update to hires.

Dear Customers,

We would like to update you with Dinrino’s position in response to the governments announcement yesterday.

Obviously most of you will have been affected by short notice cancellations of events which could affect hires you have with us. We are committed to helping our customers during this difficult time and have detailed the following points below.

- Hires already active that have been delivered and have since been cancelled have the following options.
A) adjust your rental period to pay only the days of use from delivery until yesterday’s announcement with no cancellation fees applied. OR
B)if you have already paid for the hire in full (or plan to within Invoice terms) then our promise is that whilst we will incur extra deliveries we will not charge you any additional fees on top of your original quoted price when your event is rearranged.

- Hires that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled with immediate effect without incurring any cancellation or additional fees.

We hope that these options will help our customers and if anyone has difficulty paying outstanding invoices please do get in touch so we can work with you to resolve this.

Whilst we are still open and operating where our services are still required, please do bear with us during the next few weeks as knock on delays will be inevitable.

I would like to personally thank everyone of our customers and our fantastic team for their on going support and please do contact me if you need support getting through what is a difficult time for our industry.

As a qualified Paramedic, I am currently making myself available to work 50+ hours per week frontline with the NHS ambulance service to help tackle this issue so I do very much appreciate your patience should I be delayed in replying to you.
