We’re proud to have received a certificate from Education Business Partnership in recognition of our commitment to hosting work experience throughout 2025 and 2026! 🎉

It’s been a pleasure welcoming young people into our workplace, giving them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn more about the world of work and develop valuable skills for the future.

A big thank you to for the recognition and to everyone who has joined us for work experience this year! 🙌

☕ Happy International Coffee Day!

There’s nothing quite like a fresh cup of coffee to bring the team together, especially when there are pastries involved! 🥐

Today we’re celebrating with a little behind-the-scenes look at Jay heading out to deliver a fully stocked tea & coffee station, complete with freshly baked pastries, to our corporate customers 🚛

Because the best workdays start with great coffee and something delicious on the side! ☕🥐

An irresistible selection of freshly baked Crumbs cookies. Golden, gooey, chocolatey and packed with delicious flavour.

Perfect for sharing… although we won’t judge if you don’t! 👀

🎯 Crumbs Social Night = HIT! 🎯

What a night at Flight Club Reading! 🥳

The darts were flying, the pizza disappeared, the drinks were flowing… and, as predicted, a few people took the darts far too seriously. 😂🎯

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday for an evening of laughs, questionable throwing techniques and some surprisingly competitive performances! 🍕🍹🏆

It was brilliant to get everyone together away from the workspace and enjoy a proper Crumbs social! 💚

Until the next one… 🎉

Holding onto that summer feeling for just a little longer ☀️🥗

Our Mediterranean Grain Bowl buffet is bringing all the sunshine to lunchtime, build your bowl with lemon & oregano chicken or falafel, fluffy cous cous, roasted peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, feta and mixed leaves.

Then finish it your way with creamy tzatziki, harissa yoghurt and a fresh lemon dressing. 🌿🍋

Fresh, colourful and full of Mediterranean flavour, because we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet.

🥉 And rounding off our Crumbs Step Challenge 2026 podium… it’s Kelly in 3rd place! 👟🎉

Kelly completed an amazing 645,012 steps, earning £265.24 of our £1,060.96 charity pot to donate to her chosen registered charity, Refuge! 💗 Refuge

Over the last three days, we’ve celebrated our incredible top steppers, Katie, Mark and Kelly, but this challenge has been a fantastic team effort. Every single step helped grow the charity pot and support three brilliant causes! 🙌

A massive congratulations to Kelly on taking the bronze, and a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the Crumbs Step Challenge 2026! 💚

You walked, you stepped, you smashed it, and most importantly, you made every step count. 👏👟
