👋 Welcome to the Veo team, Callum!

Joining us as our new Warehouse Technician, Callum brings six years of hospitality experience and a love for working in events.

He’s made the move from hospitality into the warehouse world, where he’ll be getting stuck into all things kit, prep and keeping the Veo operation moving. He’s also a big fan of working with people, so we’re sure he’ll fit right in with the crew!

When he’s not at Veo, you’ll usually find Callum behind the camera doing a bit of photography 📸 or checking out car events when the sun’s shining 🚗 ☀️

A throwback to a pretty impressive awards setup ✨

A few years ago, our team worked on the Gold Awards, supplying a full ballroom setup including the stage, video wall, lighting and power, along with light-up letters and a photobooth.

From the main stage setup to the smaller details around the room, we handled the technical elements that helped pull the space together 🏆

🍸 This was such a cool project to be part of!

Our team designed and built this completely bespoke bar for the Audi UK Press Office tent at Henley Festival , taking it from concept to completion.

It was a brilliant challenge that gave everyone a chance to get creative and show off their skills. What looks like solid wood is actually MDF that’s been carefully painted and treated by our team. We’d say they absolutely nailed it 👏

A little look back at our recent project at Bradfield Commercial.

We helped bring their first-ever Open Air Cinema to life at the stunning Greek Theatre, creating an outdoor cinema setup for four days of films, all in a pretty spectacular setting 🍿 ☀️

From the big screen to everything behind it, our team supplied and installed:

August has been a busy one at Veo! 👋

Open-air cinemas, conferences, weddings and plenty of warehouse admin in between. 😂

From Bradfield Commercial to ✨ The Conference for Consciousness & Human Evolution ✨ at Novotel London West, our team have been busy delivering another month of events, with a bit of kit cleaning, cable rebranding and warehouse TLC thrown in too.

Welcome to the team, Martin! 👋

We’re excited to welcome Martin to Veo as our new Warehouse Operations Manager.

With over 20 years of experience across audio, visual, project management and event operations, he’s bringing plenty of knowledge to the warehouse team.

When he’s not keeping everything running smoothly in our warehouse, you’ll find him managing his son’s under 12s football team, watching Reading FC (URRRZZZZ), out on his motorbike or doing a spot of fishing 🎣
