Movement is Medicine 💙
This week is Mental Heath Awareness Week. Whatever you’re carrying right now- it’s valid. Sometimes there’s no answers and the best thing you can do is put on a song on and move.
If you’ve been to one of my classes, you’ll know I do a “Weekly Roar” during one of the routines. Yes a roar. Like a full on wild animal. Because if you don’t let that stuff out in a controlled environment, where’s it meant to go? It’ll either simmer quietly for days… or you’ll accidentally release it at a stranger in the street. Or worse…. bottle it all up and tell everyone “you’re fine”. Neither is ideal. For anyone.

At this point, the girls won’t let me finish a class without it. It’s not optional. It’s tradition. It’s basically safeguarding.

Not to get too deep but dancing has literally saved my life in so many ways and now I really couldn’t imagine my life without it. I don’t want to!!!! Here’s to many more roars and shimmy’s.

29th March… WOW what an afternooooooon!!!
We ligit came together and danced our hearts out in the best, most chaotic, magical way… from Bridgerton ballroom to twerking to 😂💃🏽

Every single one of you who showed up, let go, hype each other up, and brought that electric energy into the room. That’s what makes it what it is. So just a massive THANK YOU 🤍
For dancing, laughing, hyping each other up and making it such a special one.
