Come and explore our beautiful Hampshire estate as it comes to life in the evening. Wander through our lovingly restored barns, discover the spaces where your wedding day could unfold and soak up the atmosphere of an exclusive-use celebration.

Our friendly wedding team will be here to answer your questions, talk you through our approach and help you start imagining your own day at Silchester Farm.

There’s a lot that goes into creating unforgettable experiences at the farm - from beautiful weddings and corporate events to relaxed stays, food, drinks and everything in between.
And behind every one of those experiences is a brilliant team of people.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join us across a range of areas, including:

We have casual, part-time and full-time opportunities available, and you don’t need years of hospitality experience to apply. A great attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.

We’ve welcomed couples for unforgettable wedding weekends, guests checking into the Pyggies for weekday escapes, hosted a team retreat on the farm, fire feast evenings, and kept everything moving behind the scenes.

A new mention for Silchester Farm 🤍

We’re delighted to see Silchester Farm featured in SheerLuxe’s latest round-up of new UK restaurants, food pop-ups and food experiences to know.

The feature celebrates the places creating something a little different across the UK - and we’re so proud to be included alongside some brilliant names.

For us, food has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about our Kitchen Garden, local suppliers, Trough Farm Shop, seasonal produce, sharing plates, fire feast style cooking and bringing people together around the farm.

From a morning coffee and pastry at Trough to an evening of grazing, cocktails and countryside air, we love creating experiences that feel relaxed, generous and distinctly Silchester.
