How to find Trunkwell House?

We are located on Beech Hill, Berkshire, near Reading. We are just off of junction 11 of the M4 and near the A33 towards Basingstoke.

Of course, we have Reading train station nearby, with frequent trains travelling to London Paddington, or additionally, the Elizabeth line.
Not far from us is central Reading, where there is all manor of things to do: The Oracle Shopping Centre, various bars and restaurants and even a Bayeux Tapestry replica!

If you're staying late, don't forget to ask us about our special rates with local hotels, including Holiday Inn and voco Reading!

A wedding favour and entertainment all rolled into one?

More and more couples are skipping traditional wedding favours altogether, and one of the biggest trends we’re seeing for 2027 weddings is all about the guest experience.

Interactive guest experiences are a huge part of this - although, let’s be honest, some of them can get a little… pricey. There are, of course, plenty of ways to make your entertainment unique while still working within your wedding budget.

But we can’t help but LOVE the idea of a portrait photography session for your guests 📸

Because really… how often do your guests get glammed up, dressed to the nines and have professional portraits taken?
