Afternoon two 1 hour sessions: choosing between insightful talk by award-winning Gardener, Joe Francis; choice of yoga sessions with local talents Paul Riddy or local Reading teacher Dr Tessa Sanderson Or choose to immerse yourself in a rejuvenating sound bath experience.
