Super proud of this delicious dish. Slow-cooked beef, melt-in-the-mouth tender, sitting on a smooth carrot & swede purée, finished with a rich sticky jus. 🍽️✨

Start with crispy Jamón Croquettes dipped in smoky harissa mayo.
Move onto slow-cooked lamb shank, falling off the bone, served with buttery herby mash.
Finish strong with a rich chocolate brownie and velvety vanilla ice cream.
