A few quick snaps from our recent pizza event at Haberdashers' Boys' School
Every pizza was made to order, using fresh, hand prepared ingredients and cooked in front of the customers eyes.
I think it's fair to say we were one of the most popular food suppliers at the school on the day, you just can't beat a fresh cooked stone baked pizza 🍕

This is the 3rd time we've been invited to the school and we're looking forward to going back again!

Last week we were treated to a night at the cinema! Sadly not to watch the exclusive film premier, but instead to provide and serve cocktails for/to the glamorous guests. We still had fun and it was an exciting experience even without the film.

A couple of weeks ago I was booked for the most wonderful thing, a couples cooking experience! The couple followed along to my live instructions and prepared themselves a dinner far beyond their usual comfort zone. Such a great date idea, though I'd suggest they may have gained some lifelong culinary skills from the experience.

We're having something of a small dilemma this morning, our customer can't choose which dish to have as their main. We were hoping you might be able to help us decide.

Option 1) Black garlic & tarragon mustard pasta with champagne sauce & a chilli garlic oil.

Option 2) Salt baked roscoff onion stuffed with tairiaky mushrooms, oyster mushroom, date purée, onion & endelfoier consume.

They're both terrific dishes, but really we want to know which one you'd choose.

You simply haven't experienced fine dinning if the bread wasn't freshly baked for the occasion. Over the weekend I popped a little tease out of my delicious bread. Well hello sourdough heaven, we have arrived.
