The countdown to the coffee morning is underway!! You have a week of fasting ahead so that you can overindulge on the truly wonderful cakes that we’ll have on offer.

Come along with family and friends and enjoy a morning of chilling out and chatting whilst having a slice of cake or two!!

It’s 8 years since the first coffee morning we held so let’s make this one the biggest and best ever!!

Did you you know that your hearing aid needs cleaning and re-tubing every 4-6 months?

We have Volunteers from Hearing Help Essex working in Moulsham Social Club - Chelmsford who have been trained by local hospital Audiologists to complete this maintenance for you.

This service is provided FREE of charge in the local area for hearing aid patients to save you a visit to the Hospital.

🩸Today we have installed a bleed control kit at the village hall. This kit is designed for untrained bystanders to manage catastrophic bleeding within the crucial first few minutes before emergency services arrive.

The kit contains special dressings, space blanket and tourniquet all with specific instructions suitable for sporting, farm or road injuries.

It is located below the defibrillator on the outside of the village hall main entrance (on the left of the door as you approach).

🧹Park cleanup time!

If you can spare a couple of hours to help give the playground a cleanup at the start of the easter holidays that would be great (weather-dependent)!
🍰There may even be cake and refreshments.
If you have a wheelbarrow, gloves and a leaf blower or rake then they would be handy to bring along. Any help gratefully received!
