F I V E I S A V I B E // Let’s talk colours. Colour matching is so important to ensure the aesthetics are on point.

You will often find me wondering around with inflated balloons colour matching the paint for the backdrops. At first I felt silly, now it’s just normal to me 😂

To make our balloon display look opaque (no one likes a transparent coloured balloon) every balloon is double stuffed. This means we can colour match pretty much anything!
Obviously this impacts cost as when we turn up and you say wow that’s a lot of balloons bare in mind there are double that amount as we have lovingly 🤪hand stuffed every sjngle one before inflating.

As much as we would love to just turn up wave a magic wand and say ta-da there are hours of prep behind a set up like this. After the initial design concept and sourcing of items we are sanding and painting backdrops, cutting and weeding vinyl, double stuffing and inflating balloons then it’s time to load the van and come and create the magic. Not forgetting afterwards the breakdown, unloading and restoring of everything.
I feel exhausted just thinking about all the steps 😂 but I wouldn’t change it for the world! On that note it’s time for me to go and load the van for one of todays set ups. Can’t wait to show you, it’s going to be vibrant!

T A B L E W A R E // It’s all in the detail. we don’t stop at simply colour coordinating your party. We ensure the design concepts runs throughout, from the welcome sign to the table to the backdrops.

For this ‘Five Fest’ birthday party we took the invitation as inspiration and had designs created for the backdrops and cake stand, which included a large campervan, peace sign and smiley face. To continue the theme we also had mini camper vans for the table, themed place mats and a welcome sign.

We think you will agree that the final result was definitely a vibe and we were so pleased with the finished set up.
Seeing our vision come together on the day of set up is my favourite part!

F U L L P L A N // What services do we offer … the simple answer is we can help you from the venue search, to concept creation and styling, full set up and on the day management.
For this celebration we met with our client in the early stages and pulled together a full proposal with moodboard and a shopping list of ideas and costs. From there the client prioritised what the wanted to include in their celebrations and we sourced, coordinated and managed on the day.
