Rasmeet & Ravi’s stunning Anand Karaj ✨

This wedding was especially meaningful as it was held at the bride’s family home — so it was a real honour to have been invited there to paint their intimate ceremony (intimate in sentiment and not in number! Thank you to for kindly sharing reference photos amongst the crowds 🤍)

When planning their Anand Karaj, R&R knew they wanted a meaningful keepsake that captured not just how the day looked, but how it felt. They requested a more abstract composition, and with the Palki set within a pool of water, I echoed this element with a watery backdrop and through flowing, water-inspired leaves around the flora and waves radiating from the Palki.

They looked incredible in their attire, and it was such a joy painting amongst their lovely family and friends 💕

A real honour to paint Nishula and Jayesh’s stunning wedding ceremony at London’s Shree Swaminarayan Temple.

The setting was awe-inspiring, with vibrant florals, elegant peacocks, a majestic elephant and the happy couple glowing from within the Mandap… Capturing how a wedding feels — not just how it looks — is what makes live wedding painting so special ✨🎨

This was such a wonderful day to be part of, made even lovelier by the warmth of the guests — the painting received so much love throughout the day — thank you to Anneka and family for being such lovely company at lunch 💕

For couples wanting a meaningful way to relive their wedding day, a live painting becomes both part of the celebration and a keepsake to treasure for generations.

Thrilled to share Kiran and Del’s painting of their Anand Karaj ceremony at Gravesend Gurdwara.

Loved their beautifully coordinated outfits, particularly Kiran’s tea-length lehenga, which allowed me to capture her sweet, cheerful skip. We thus decided to take some artistic liberties with the palette, changing the chanani and rumalla to rich reds to tie in with their palette and adding roses to the like. Other artistic license was granted to in the way of scaling the khanda 🪯 in the window and muting the bright blue patterned carpet.

Always so grateful to paint here and to Kiran and Del for trusting me to paint their beautiful wedding day — Thank you! ✨🤍🎊✨

Many congratulations to Ellesha and Oscar, who were married at the beautiful Thorpe Garden, Staffordshire last month. We chose a candid pose in the Victorian walled garden for their painting, including the farmhouse, which is full of character from 1852.

Ellesha was stunning in her boho gown and Oscar looking dashing in subtle cheques and bow-tie, it was such a wonderful wedding. I loved meeting and chatting to guests (including some of Ellesha’s family members who had generously commissioned their painting as a wedding gift — thank you!) and the other wedding suppliers that made their Big Day extra fabulous…

Such an honour to paint this family portrait at the prayer ceremony celebrating Tarsem’s 60th birthday at 🤍✨

This piece is painted from the perspective of the Granthi, reading from the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji — the living embodiment of the ten Sikh Gurus — placing us, the viewer, in that sacred viewpoint.

The Gurmukhi text shown are extracts from the Shabad on Ang 749 (by Guru Arjan Dev Ji). Its message speaks of divine will and grace:
“If it pleases You, You cause us to chant Your Name. The peace You give is what we receive.”
“When You stand over our heads, O Lord and Master, how can we suffer in pain?” …a beautiful reminder of protection, surrender, and inner peace.

I loved creating this alternative way of capturing a moment — coupled with the warmth of this beautiful family and their friends, I left Derby with such a positive feeling and hope to return very soon ✨
