A requested recipe that taste delicious 😋

If you’re not British, this dish is simply fantastic and is basically a giant Yorkshire pudding, similar to popovers if you’re in the USA, cooked with low protein sausages.

Working on a very exciting project ⚠️

As many of you know last year, I was offered an amazing opportunity to provide a live cookery demonstration at the National PKU conference in Birmingham 🇬🇧

THIS YEAR, WE’RE GOING GLOBAL 🌎

Promin Metabolics have asked for me to provide a cookery video that will be aired in the USA 🇺🇸

The video contains 3 recipies, consisting of;
Low protein Macaroni cheese bake 🧀
Low protein Sausage Pie topped with mashed potato 🥧
Low protein Beef chilli con carne with rice 🍛

All made using low protein products by Promin for people who live with PKU and MSUD .

I am forever grateful for these opportunities and cannot wait for more ways to develop my knowledge and skills in doing what I love the most ‼️

Also a massive thank you to media freelancer, Mary Peskett for assisting me in this opportunity and filming the recipe videos 💜
