Easy like Sunday Morning… 🌅
Just a few commonly asked questions I’d like to acknowledge and address whilst everyone is waking up and scrolling through their feed 📜
Where are you based ?
Carl Caters is based in Ramsgate in the CT12 area. You can see my 5 star registered business on the food.gov.uk website 👍🏽
Do you deliver ?
Of course, but delivery will be charged over a 3 mile radius, to compensate time, fuel, plus wear and tear on the vehicle 🚙💨
Can I place an order?
Yes, however this isn’t my full time job.
I still work 42 hours a week and do this on the side whilst I’m still trying to become established
So when placing an order try and give as much notice as possible so that I have time to purchase the acquired amount of stock I need to fulfil your needs, preferably around 48 hours ⏰
How do I pay?
I normally take 25% none refundable deposit to cover stock should you choose to cancel your order, via BACS or PayPal, however cash can be accepted upon delivery if requested 💷
Is everything homemade?
Absolutely 💯
I thrive on creating nutritional meals with no added preservatives and will make everything from scratch - from sauces to spice blends.
How do I know what to do?
All meals come labelled, with allergy information and cooking instructions for you to heat and eat at your convenience. Meals are pre cooked but still need to reach a temperature of 75 degrees before consumption. Certain meals will be able to be microwaved for convenience if that’s what you have time for, but always remove from the foil trays and double check with me with regard to these possibilities. 🥘🧆🍲🍛
