We're cooking up a storm here at grill shed as we are thrilled to announce the appointment of our new executive head chef, michael Thompson.

With over 20 years + experience, it's fair to say Michael knows his pots from his pans and we could not be more excited to see what he has in store for our various brands the Cotswold Caterer, Taco Bella, The Cotswold Graze, Paella by Bella, Hog Roast of Gloucestershire and the Grill shed.

Inspired by everything from all the seasons, fine dining, local produce to savage BBQ’s.

He said: "I'm delighted to be joining the team and can't wait to get stuck in. I absolutely love that everyday is different in this job and I have no doubt that with this fantastic team behind me, we'll achieve brilliant and, most importantly, delicious things!"
