All simple, but absolutely stunning.

Yesterday, Chris and I went to the wonderful wedding of Donna and Owen. I was honoured to be asked to make their cake. Here it is in all it glory! Bottom tier and top tier where chocolate and cherry, middle lemon. It was delicious, even though I say so myself!!

Here is my MOTHERS DAY AFTERNOON TEA INFORMATION!
I'm offering boxes that cater for 1 or 2 people.
Each person receives
4 triangle sandwiches
A variety of fillings are available,
Ham,
egg,
tuna,
cheese.
(smoked salmon and prawn, but they will incur an extra cost of £1.00 per person)
cucumber, tomato, watercress and chutney can be added to any sandwich. All made on brown or white bread.
2 of the following savouries.
1 snack size homemad sausage roll.
The flavours to choose from are
plain pork,
mushroom,
chilli
or leek.
3 homemade cheese straws.
1 quail egg scotch egg.
1 mini quiche. (Bacon and onion, or sundried tomato, spinch and boursin cheese))
3 cakes.
A variety of homemade cakes are available.
Lemon and blueberry sponge
chocolate brownies,
coffee and walnut,
sponge sandwich,
scones filled with clotted cream and strawberry jam,
Salted caramel
Biscoff sponge
Millionaires shortbread.
They are £17.00 per person.
(Gluten free is available, but please be aware that I'm not a strictly gluten free kitchen) .
