SATURDAY 27TH JANUARY 2018 BURNS NIGHT

DEAR ALL

WE ARE HOLDING A BURNS NIGHT IN OUR ‘LONG ROOM’ ON SATURDAY 27TH JANUARY

THIS WILL BE A LOVELY EVENING AND WE WILL BE SEATING UP TO 25 PEOPLE.
THERE WILL BE A PIPER WHO WILL BE THERE ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
WE WILL BE SERVING ‘HAGGIS, NEEPS AND TATTIES AS A STARTER FOLLOWED BY ROAST BEEF, YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS AND VEGETABLES OR GAME PIE WITH A SUET CRUST. THERE WILL ALSO BE A VEGETARIAN OPTION.

THE DESERT WILL BE CRANACHAN AND THERE WILL BE AN EXCELLENT CHEESE BOARD TO FINISH

WE WILL BE PROVIDING THE WHISKY SO YOU MAY ALL ‘TOAST THE HAGGIS’ .
RED AND WHITE WINE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT A VERY AGREEABLE COST.

THE CHARGE WILL BE £50 PER HEAD (to include Whisky toasting)

THE LONG ROOM WILL HAVE A LOG BURNING STOVE WHICH WILL KEEP EVERYONE WARM ON A CHILLY JANUARY EVENING. ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE 7.00 - 7.30PM AND WE WILL BE SERVING DINNER AT APPROX 8.-8.30PM.

THE EVENING WILL COMPRISE OF A SUPERB DINNER COOKED BY OUR OWN IN-HOUSE CHEF, A PIPER WHO WILL HELP US TOAST THE HAGGIS AND A WEE DRAM OF WHISKY AND AS MUCH LAUGHTER AS YOU CAN BRING! email us on [email protected] to book your place

The smell of the green Christmas tree fern with the log burner was absolutely amazing ! It’s such a wonderful venue for a number of different workshops! Merry Christmas everyone
