We catered for the 3 Peaks Race at Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire yesterday.
Vegetable and Bean Chilli served with flatbread, sour cream, grated cheese and jalapenos.... for just 1200 runners!!

Chicken Caesar Salad - a starter for a bespoke 3 course dinner that we served last week.
This was followed by Steak and Stout Pie with baked potatoes, root vegetable mash & cauliflower cheese plus Blueberry Cheesecake for dessert.
