A little update on Summer 2026 on-the-day stationery availability.

This time of year is always incredibly busy, and alongside being intentional about creating a healthier balance with work, I’ll be taking on a smaller number of weddings during peak season.

Priority will, as always, be given to couples who have already booked invitations with The KB Suite.

If you are hoping to book day stationery, production slots can be secured with a £50 booking fee.

June - 1 space remaining

One of the questions couples often ask when planning their wedding stationery is how many invitations to order.

As a guide, invitations are typically sent per couple, household, or family, rather than per guest, something that can make a significant difference when calculating your quantities.

It’s also wise to allow a small number of additional invitations. Production slots for bespoke stationery are limited, so adding more later isn’t always a quick process.

Most couples choose to include around 5–10% extra, though the right number will always depend on your guest list and plans.

A small detail, but one that makes the planning process a little smoother.
