Customer Notice - Loyalty Card Update
From 1st November 2025, you will need to have your loyalty card with you at the time of purchase to collect or redeem points.
We will no longer be able to look up accounts using your name or other personal details.
This change helps us to avoid errors when adding points, redeeming points, processing refunds, or applying discounts.
Please note:
We are unable to add points after a purchase has been made. Points must be added at the time of the transaction.
You can use a digital version of your loyalty card (e.g. in your phone’s wallet), as long as it has a barcode that can be scanned.

How to add your loyalty card to your phone?
For iPhone users:
You will need to install an app which allows you to scan the barcode with your camera.
We were able to successfully use SuperCards App and Folio: Digital Wallet App, from the Apple store both are free to install.
Please follow the instructions within your chosen app to add your Sandhill loyalty card.
For Android users:
1. Open Google Wallet → Tap “+ Add with camera” → Scan card (barcode must be visible).
2. Copy and paste the details from Provider box into Loyalty programme box.
3. Member ID is taken from the card, please do not change this number.
4. On the next page please confirm the details match what is on your card. Then tap “Add”.
