Yin with Me 🧘🏼‍♀️

I’m always looking at how I can translate the outside world to the yoga mat ✨

As a Ta**us Sun, I’m rooted in the Earth and grounded by nature, this allows me to understand how I can curate sequences to flow with the rhythm of the seasons.

My Moon sign is Cancer, which helps me to provide a safe and nurturing environment, as well as translating the emotional power of Yin into a sequence that makes sense for your body.

As a Sagittarius rising ~ my lust for adventure adds a curiosity which I find invites a different kind of energy into my sequence ~ and an urge to take the class into outside spaces and beyond

Finding my own place in the crowded world of yoga has been a journey in itself, but it’s a path I’m grateful to be on
My heart is full to read such testimonials (and a gentle reminder that when you are true to yourself, your people can find you ✨)

All I’m gonna say about my experience of life, as I grow another year wiser…. is the minute you let go of everything you thought it was gonna be, and just let it be … everything changes

Never would I have imagined that I’d be teaching two sessions of Yin yoga on my 47th birthday, it’s insane, and awesome 🙌🏻💞

You can ‘Yin with Me’ (total opposite to the vibe of this post btw - think serene and still) 9.30am - 10.30am
