Good morning everyone… HAPPY MONDAY

Update from our camp….

90% of you should have received your next invoice.
I have 3-4 parties in accommodation, and day pass holders to finish today. So please DO NOT panic if you haven’t received them yet.

I nearly learned a VERY expensive lesson on Thursday!.

Normally I would send all 3 remaining invoices in one go with the due dates accurate so you get a reminder the week before. I found out Thursday that now we’re vat registered, if I did that, I’d have to pay vat on all raised invoices in August, despite the fact that the 3/4 payments aren’t arriving for months.

Unfortunately I don’t have a spare £20k kicking around, so I’ll be sending each invoice around 3 weeks before the due date.

For reference, payment dates are:
1st July
1st October
1st February

We currently have 16 class passes left for the event (no accommodation).

You might have seen that we’ve launched a brand new event in Newcastle in October. It’s going to be incredible and a who new perspective on active events. Would love to see lots of you there ⚡️🫶.

OK.. I'm back in the game, sort of! thank you to everyone for baring with me. I'm still ongoing tests for my liver function, but generally much better than I was.

Invoices will be sent this weekend, and any outstanding emails will be replied to by then.

Hey Everyone

I have a bit of a health issue at the moment, and I'm needing to balance rest and recovery, with essential work.

I'll be taking a couple of weeks to minimise, so please expect your next instalment paperwork in early June. Please note the next instalment date is 1st July, so absolutely plenty of time.

Project Fit came from a redundancy…. A switch from dance to dance fitness, and a vision of bringing people together.

Now in our 15th year and officially merged with our activewear brand , we’ve added 100 more spaces for the event, taking us in to our biggest year yet ❤️
