A Marquee Wedding Feast in Skipton 💍✨

This weekend we headed over to Skipton to celebrate the wedding of Jodie & Scott — and what a beautiful day it was! 🥂

They chose a bespoke menu designed perfectly for their marquee wedding, starting with delicious canapés before moving on to a BBQ feast, including chargrilled steaks

And to finish? A stunning strawberry pavlova 🍓🤍

As the celebrations continued into the evening, we fired up the pizza oven and served freshly made pizzas, including:
🍕 Margherita
🍕 Pepperoni
🍕 BBQ Chicken
🍕 A spicy favourite 🌶️

A fantastic couple, a gorgeous setting and plenty of great food — exactly how a wedding celebration should be!

✨ A Beautiful Wedding Celebration in Hertfordshire ✨

We recently travelled to Hertfordshire to cater for a wonderful wedding where the bride and groom wanted a relaxed, informal dining experience for their guests – and what a fantastic day it was!

For the daytime, they chose our Barbecue Menu Two, featuring:

🍔 Angus beef burgers topped with our signature slow-cooked Gloucester Old Spot pulled pork, roasted onions, mature cheddar, and a selection of mustards and BBQ sauces.

🍖 BBQ-style pulled pork finished with your choice of rich BBQ sauce or our delicious apple & c***r sauce.

🍗 Lemon & black pepper marinated chicken thighs.

🌭 Traditional pork sausages served with roasted onions and mustards.

All served with a selection of fresh homemade sides:
🥗 Green salad
🥬 American-style coleslaw
🍅 Tomato & mozzarella salad
🥔 Warm buttered new potatoes

As the evening celebrations got underway, we fired up our wood-fired pizza oven, serving freshly cooked:
🍕 Ham & Mushroom
🍕 BBQ Chicken
🍕 Mixed Vegetable
🍕 Classic Margharita
